To soothe your cough, grind 4-6 black pepper seeds on a pastry board. Mix the ground pepper with a teaspoon of honey. Taking this mixture several times a day can effectively relieve your cough.
Almonds and Butter
Almonds are a powerful remedy for cough. Soak 5-8 almonds in water overnight. Once softened, remove the brown skin and grind the almonds into a fine paste. Add 20 grams of butter and a bit of sugar to this paste. Consuming it in the morning and evening can help eliminate a cough, especially a dry one.
Beleric Myrobalans, Black Pepper, and Honey
To create this natural cough remedy, combine 10 grams of dried rind of Beleric Myrobalans with 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Grind them into a fine powder, then add a pinch of salt and 2 teaspoons of honey to form a paste. Take this mixture twice daily for cough relief.
Long Pepper, Ginger, and Tulsi
For this remedy, combine 10 grams each of long pepper, dried ginger, and holy basil leaves. Add 4-6 small cardamoms and grind everything into a fine powder. Mix this powder with an equal amount of honey to create a cough-relieving paste.
Ginger, Betel Leaves, and Honey
To prepare this powerful cough remedy, combine 1 teaspoon of ginger juice with 1 teaspoon of honey. Next, extract the juice from betel leaves and add 1 teaspoon of this juice to the mixture. Mix well, then add 1 teaspoon of lukewarm water before drinking it. Take this remedy three times a day, ensuring not to eat or drink anything for half an hour afterward.
